How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used solely for:

Data Storage

Local Storage: All your dream content, including text, images, tags, and analysis results, is stored exclusively on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it through device features (like screenshots or backups).

Cloud Storage: We only store your User ID, coin balance, and subscription information on secure servers to enable account synchronization and purchase management across devices.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For payment processing and subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
• AI Services: When you use AI analysis features, your dream descriptions are sent to our AI service provider for processing. These descriptions are processed in real-time and are not stored by the AI provider.

Age Restrictions

Hynexis is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.

In-App Purchases

Hynexis offers two types of in-app purchases:

• Subscriptions: Recurring payments that unlock premium features. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store and follow Apple's subscription policies.
• Coin Purchases: One-time purchases of virtual currency used to unlock specific features. Coin balances are stored in our secure servers.

All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system. We do not have access to your payment information.

International Users

Hynexis is available worldwide. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Children's Privacy

Hynexis is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
